This is where the actual role-playing takes place, if you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please refer back to the discussion page. Please refer to this page for reference when making posts in the role-play. This is to ensure accuracy and consistency with the story line.

The role-play has officially begun. But, you are still be allowed to enter. I will take a maximum of six to seven people.

Current Players/Future Participants

Kyra - Amy

Crank - Ty

Shaq - Azizil

Firain - Frangipani

acutelatios - ??? (Awaiting profile)

The Cent-R Floor structure

Spoiler:

- The first and furthest floor down are where the chambers and test subjects are kept, this entire floor is dedicated to their cells and a cafeteria. The cafeteria is also where a majority of the food supply is kept in storage. Each 'cell' contains a small twin sized bed and a private bathroom. A majority of this floor is pure white: White walls, white doors, and white floors. This is to give the floor a clinical, but relaxing feeling amongst their more ‘rowdy’ test subjects.

- The second floor has recreation rooms and day care centers for test subjects and employees of all ages, there is a musical center full of instruments, brass, woodwinds, and strings alike, and several therapy rooms for test subjects with mental or physical disabilities. The colors in these walls can vary, mostly soft deep colors like baby blue or violet as well as having soft carpeted floors to keep the mentally unstable subjects as calm as possible.

- The third floor is where a majority of the science takes place, testing chambers and human egg cells are stored and grown in this area of the facility. There are four separate rooms for each process of the development of the eggs. Fertilization, Homeostatic environmental storage, DNA/RNA altering room, and finally the growth, observation and development center and a fifth control room near the left end of the floor to observe all four testing rooms. The walls here are also a clinical white, but with the occasional painting to keep the rooms more lively for their staff members.

- The fourth floor is where the staff normally lives; there are many rooms in this floor to fit all of the employees. The colors vary from tan to other various shades of orange and soft yellow, the hallways are tile, but all of their bedrooms are carpeted. Each room has a single twin bed, an eight foot dresser, a 5 foot mirror hung on the wall by the door, and a private bathroom. All rooms are decorated to the staff persons desires with any pictures, gadgets, or miscellaneous items of their choosing.

- The fifth floor is the older aged recreation center; it contains a bar with a lounge area, a small library and another music room containing more modern instruments for those of a creative mind. Test subjects 18 years and older and all staff are allowed on this floor. The lounge area is carpeted with numerous lounge chairs to match. Due to the facility being self-sustaining, they can produce all kinds of ******* for the bar. There is a pool table and two dart boards inside the lounge area, and a band area in a separate room, holding a classic electric guitar, a bass, a drum set, and a microphone. All surrounded in a sound proof room of course.

- The sixth floor is all security. Cameras, tripwires, metal detectors, alarm systems. No one is allowed to pass over to the seventh floor without making it through the sixth. It is designed to keep people from going out, AND from coming in…The makeup of this room is a normal clinical white, due to the fact that not many people enter this floor.

Besides the sixth and seventh floor, there is very little security in the building. No one talks about the outside, so no one ever wishes to pursue any goals to see what's out there. There are a few cameras on the third floor, just for emergency purposes in case something goes horribly wrong with a radiation treatment. There is a first aid room on every floor and two restrooms, one on each end of the floors.

NPC Characters
(NPC Profile histories removed for simplicity reasons. If you want to know about them, ask.)

NPC Employee - Neil

Spoiler:

Basics:

Name (& pronunciation) – Neil [Nee-eel]

Date of Birth (& age) – 4/23/2026 , 19 years old

Gender – Male

Appearance:

Height – 7’ 2

Weight – 215 pounds [97.5 kilograms]

Hair – Slightly long-ish brunette hair, reaching the tips of his shoulders

Eyes – Light blue eyes with a few dark streaks near the center.

Detailed Physical Description – Being extremely tall, Neil wanted to add to his intimidation level, so he started working out vigorously. He is extremely muscular now, and along with being over seven feet tall, makes him look like a guy you wouldn’t want to mess with.

Typical Clothing/Equipment – Neil, although dressed in his white apprentice employee uniform normally wears a pair of denim jeans and a white tank top underneath for when he’s dismissed for the day.

Personality/Attributes:

Personality/Attitude – Neil, being the strong tall guy he is, tends to be extremely big headed about it. He’s cocky, arrogant, impatient, and short tempered. He’s almost always looking for a fight to pick and a lady to woo.

Skills/Talents – Neil, being an apprentice at the Cent-R has a bit of training in biology and chemistry, but has never really taken an interest in creating humans. Most of his skills are physical, given his massive size and strength.

Favorites/Likes – Neil likes simple things, food, women, working out, and the occasional bone to pick with another one of the test subjects (and sometimes Derrick, his ‘master’).

Most Hated/Dislikes – Neil hates being turned down by a woman and loathes it when he’s insulted. Whether physically or mentally.

Goals/Ambitions – Neil doesn’t have many goals. As long as he has three meals a day and the occasional woman to warm his bed, he doesn’t wish for much else.

Strengths – Given Neil’s muscular build and his height, it’s rather obvious his strengths are all physical. However, he isn’t stupid. But unfortunately, is not too bright either and doesn’t know when to shut his mouth until someone punches it shut.

Weaknesses – Neil’s personality makes it hard for other people to get along with him. And although he’s witty, he isn’t very clever. He’s big, but even scientists can be outsmarted.

Fears – Neil doesn’t fear anything. He’s tall, he’s strong, and he’s (in a way) intelligent. He feels unstoppable for the moment.

Hobbies/Interests – Neil likes working out, running on the treadmills, and almost all sports.

NPC Employee - Derrick

Spoiler:

Basics:

Name (& pronunciation) – Derrick [Deh-r-eh-k]

Date of Birth (& age) – 12/3/2015 , 30 years old

Gender – Male

Appearance:

Height – 6’ 2

Weight – 174 pounds [78.9 kilograms]

Hair – Short jet black hair reaching down towards the bottom of his neck

Eyes – Bright amber eyes

Detailed Physical Description – Derrick doesn’t do much to work out, given he’s a scientist. But he’s not overweight, he’s relatively normal given his height.

Typical Clothing/Equipment – Derrick is dressed in his normal employee uniform, white pants with a white lab coat over any given shirt of his choice. His shoes are usually normal gray tennis shoes with short white socks.

Personality/Attributes:

Personality/Attitude – Derrick focuses on his job, and nothing else. He’s very serious and doesn’t take jokes kindly. He does not enjoy fooling around and usually sticks to the book, not wanting to get in trouble with his peers or his boss.

Skills/Talents – Derrick is skilled in Biology, Chemistry, and even took a few courses of Anatomy in his younger days. All combined to form one of the Cent-R’s best scientists. He often takes in apprentices and mentally sound test subjects like himself in order to pass on his knowledge and the Cent-R’s legacy throughout the generations.

Favorites/Likes – Although Derrick obsesses over work, he has a soft spot for dogs. He even took one of their hibernating therapy dogs out of stasis and now keeps it in his housing room. However, science is his passion, and nothing stops him from getting a job done.

Most Hated/Dislikes – Derrick, being a dog person, does NOT like the therapy cats, and thus, they do not like him back. He also gets ancy when he is forced to take a break from work and normally paces around, thinking of more amino acid combinations for their experimental RNA mutations. Despite his work revolving around them, Derrick doesn’t exactly like the living test subjects. They’re just reminders of his failure, and that’s really all he thinks of them. He rarely talks with them.

Goals/Ambitions – Derrick, being the scientist and employee he is, only wishes to fulfill the ambitions of The Cent-R and create the perfect human, no matter the cost, or what it takes.

Strengths – Derrick is very strong mentally and emotionally. It takes a lot to ‘break him’ and he can normally keep his own, whether in an emergency situation or after having one too many drinks at the bar.

Weaknesses – Because Derrick’s strengths are all internal, he’s rather fragile on the outside. He is physically weak and although can defend himself, only to an extent.

Fears – Derrick only fears that he will die before the Cent-R can finally discover the secret behind RNA codons and how they manipulate the body certain ways. He wishes to die knowing that he had done something great in his life. For once.

Hobbies/Interests – Derrick has no real hobbies. He just works and occasionally plays with his pet, which he ironically named ‘Tiger’ for the black stripes going down her back.

NPC Test Subject - Adam

Spoiler:

Basics:

Name (& pronunciation) – Adam [add-a-M]

Date of Birth (& age) – 7/28/2024 , 21 years old

Gender – Male

Appearance:

Height – 6’ 3 [about 4’ 6 when sitting in his wheelchair]

Weight – 180 pounds [81.6 kilograms]

Hair – Short slightly curly red hair

Eyes – Deep blue sapphire eyes

Detailed Physical Description – Adam is well built in his upper body, he tries to work out whenever he can, so his arms are VERY muscular. However, his legs are rather thin due to their lack of use. He stretches them as a part of his physical therapy, but besides that, does little to nothing with them at all.

Typical Clothing/Equipment – Adam, given he isn’t really a test subject anymore, wears normal clothes. He has a green collared polo shirt and black khakis. Due to the fact he’s in a wheelchair all the time, he doesn’t bother with shoes, but he wears socks just in case he has to get up for a moment to do something so he doesn’t get his footprints on the floors.

Personality/Attributes:

Personality/Attitude – Adam always likes to think positively. He loves making friends and tries not to let his disability prevent him from hanging out with other people. He’s the kind of guy that will lay himself on the line in defense of another person. Although his positive attitude can get annoying, he knows deep inside that people who reject it, are normally the ones that need it most.

Skills/Talents – Because of Adam’s disability, he has amazing upper body strength. He can throw, punch and grip things much harder than the average person. He makes sure to work out an hour or so a day to keep up his physical condition. In addition, because of his arm strength, he can maneuver around in his wheel chair very quickly, he had to learn to become very agile when rolling around in the semi-narrow halls of the Cent-R.

Favorites/Likes – Adam enjoys the company of others, being alone is something he just can’t comprehend. He loves making friends and attempts to be nice to everyone, whether they want it or not. He loves basketball, and occasionally looks into other sports like volleyball and even baseball.

Most Hated/Dislikes – Adam doesn’t like it when people treat him differently or tease him for being in a wheelchair. To him, being stuck in a chair shouldn’t mean anything. He’d still be the same person, legs or not.

Goals/Ambitions – Adam was introduced to ‘the surface’ back when he was little, and he heard about all of the sports that were made for people who were handicapped like him. He hopes to become a handicapped basketball star if he can make it to the surface.

Strengths – Despite Adam being unable to use his legs, this means that he is extremely reliant on his arms. He’s learned how to maneuver around the Cent-R in his wheelchair very quickly, and his upper body strength has yet to be outmatched.

Weaknesses – Adam is paralyzed from the waist down, forcing him to rely on a wheelchair to get around. This also means, if you can knock him out of his wheelchair or break his arms, he’s screwed.

Fears – For very obvious reasons, stairs, water, falling out of his wheelchair, and being alone make him uncomfortable, but they aren’t real fears. So far, Adam doesn’t have much to fear, except losing the ability to use his arms.

Hobbies/Interests – Despite Adam’s disability, he enjoys working out and participates in any sports he can. To the Cent-R’s surprise, he’s stupendous at basketball.

NPC Test Subject - Janice

Spoiler:

Basics:

Name (& pronunciation) – Janice [Jah-N-is]

Date of Birth (& age) – 5/24/2022 , 23 years old

Gender – Female

Appearance:

Height – 5’ 8

Weight – 140 pounds [63.5 kilograms]

Hair – Short straight Brunette hair, usually ending at her shoulder blades and with the occasional blonde streak.

Eyes – Brown with an orange-ish border around the pupil.

Detailed Physical Description – Janice is a fairly pretty woman. She has more of a pear-ish like figure than the classic hourglass shape, but she doesn’t mind. She was never a woman who cared about her looks.

Typical Clothing/Equipment – Janice normally wears a white female test subject blouse with a skirt, but occasionally wears an employee jacket over it when she’s called to help the test subject babies and counsel the older test subjects.

Personality/Attributes:

Personality/Attitude – Janice is a very sensitive person emotionally despite her numb exterior. She cries at sad movies, she is easily insulted and tends to grow depressed quickly, believing what most say about her. She does her best to help everyone and tends to have a problem with making everyone else around her happy before herself.

Skills/Talents – Janice is an expert at the piano and can paint as well as draw fairly well. Some scientists turn to her emotional side and ask for help with therapy sessions when test subjects begin growing mentally troubled. In addition, she has a beautiful singing voice, able to put even the most stubborn test subject baby to sleep, and even a few older ones.

Favorites/Likes – Janice enjoys painting, and although it’s harder for her to feel the slimy texture on her fingers, that one of the few pluses of her disorder. She also loves music. She’s willing to experiment and try anything new.

Most Hated/Dislikes – Janice hates it when people think just because she cannot feel physically, that she is heartless on the inside. On the contrary, she is a very emotional person.

Goals/Ambitions – Janice wishes to leave the Cent-R more than anything else, to (kind of) feel the wind against her arms. Since she was told stories about the surface as a kid, she’s been set on finding a way out. However, knowing the security and her condition would hold her back, she knows that she’s going to need help.

Strengths - Janice has congenital insensitivity, which means her pain receptors do not work. She can literally feel no pain, unless emotionally.

Weaknesses - Being immune to pain may sound like a big advantage, but, this means that she doesn't know when she's wounded, and if left unattended could unknowingly die of blood loss or infection.

Fears - Janice, due to the fact that she can't feel, only fears death. Most people fear things because they can feel them and it hurts, like fire, or falling. But obviously, Janice has a different case. As well as being alone, due to the fact that someone has to monitor her injuries at all times.

Hobbies/Interests – Janice enjoys playing the piano, painting, drawing, and helping others.

Obviously, there are more than four (not including players) living in The Cent-R. But no other characters are to be introduced. You can say things like 'The tables were filled with other people' or 'A female test subject walked past'. All NPC's will be controlled by me and me alone. If you wish for some interaction that isn't with other characters, talk with them. Though, interacting with other characters is the whole POINT of the role-play. So do not abuse this ability.

Let the games begin.

Processing Mental Examination Testing Results…

A brunette haired scientist let out a very long sigh, letting it trail off when getting Amy’s monthly test results back. No improvement…still. He smashed the paper up in his clenched fists until it crumpled into a small ball before throwing it overhand into a steel trash bin. Another jet-black haired man glanced over at his apprentice when hearing the sigh, and the paper glancing the metal. “Not even going to see why she doesn’t answer the questions, Neil? I saw her pencil moving on the paper while she was taking it.”

“That’s because her entire test is filled with drawings of lighthouses and guinea pigs. She’s a nut-job, Derrick. Why do we still bother with her? We should have just put her down like the others.”

“You know EXACTLY why we can’t do that.” Derrick retorted with a raised eyebrow, crossing his arms. “She’s too close to just throw her out…”

“And yet, so far away.”

“Don’t even start with that cheesy bullshit.”

Neil only grinned as he slid his wheeled chair over towards a few monitors, displaying some of the cameras in the 6th and 3rd floors. “Nothing going on…as usual.” He reported casually, making a 360 degree turn in his chair as he rolled back. “Do you ever wonder what’s up there?” He suddenly asked, motioning to the ceiling before bringing his gaze to those harsh amber eyes.

“Where, the surface?” Derrick questioned, growing a bit heavy hearted at the bring up of the topic.

“Yeah.”

“Not really. We have science to do. Besides, you know what’ll happen even if we DO get out there…let alone if they catch us talking about it.”

“I know, I know.” Neil nagged, “Though, someone had to have told Amy if she’s going around drawing lighthouses-“

“-and guinea pigs.” Derrick corrected.

“Whatever! Like I said, she’s crazy.” Neil put his hands on the back of his head. “These therapy sessions have been going on for months, and she hasn’t changed. Hell, she could be trapped in some partially comatose like state. We could probably put a gun to her head and she would never know.”

“Just get ready to fertilize the next egg cell. At the least, we’re not her therapist…” Once seeing Neil by his computer, Derrick pulled out a large list of RNA amino acids and began to list them in a certain order. “Methionine, Serine, Serine, Arginine, Glycine, Serine…”

And so, the two scientists worked, building the next custom RNA for their next mutated victim. One day, hoping for the best and finally having their 50 years of work pay off. To finally make a perfect human.

Meanwhile, back on the second floor in the recreation center, a familiar blonde woman was sitting on the third stair heading back down towards the test subject cells, her face buried in a book. A younger man rolled towards her in his wheelchair and poked her back with his numb foot as to not startle her. “Hey Fay, it’s me, Adam. I didn’t know you learned how to read, what’s it about?” The ginger questioned with a smile. Getting no answer, like usual, he attempted to roll to the right of her despite being a few inches from the stair case. “It’s getting to be around lunch time, maybe we should head back down towards the cafeteria. I’ll let you join me in the elevator if you w-”

“Guinea pigs...”

“Huh?” Adam had a double take for a moment. “Oh, is that the book you’re reading?”

“The guinea pig, or Cavia porcellus, also called the cavy, is a species of rodent belonging to the family Caviidae and the genus Cavia. Despite their common name, these animals are not in the pig family, nor are they from Guinea. They originated in the Andes, and earlier studies based on biochemistry and hybridization suggested they are…”

The long silence was a tad startling for Adam. “They are what, Amy?”

But alas, she was back to her book in silence. In fact, the book she was reading didn’t even look like it was about guinea pigs. It had pictures of lizards inside it. Adam let out a sigh, but smiled. “I’ll bring you a plate of food, then.” Adam whirled his wheelchair around and eventually began rolling towards the elevator, exiting the shaft once reaching the first floor and making his way to the cafeteria. The large open room was filled with tables, most with people inside them. The Cent-R had divided the room up by employees and test subjects. So some of the men and women in lab coats sat on the left side while the others sat on the right. However, both had to meet in the middle in order to grab food. Adam began looking for a table he could sit at as he rolled towards the food buffet area, making sure to grab two trays of food. One tray had chicken fingers, an apple, some mashed potatoes, and a bottle of water. The other had a small salad, an apple, and a turkey wrap of some kind. Adam was never really sure what food Amy liked, but so far, she hadn't complained with what she had received in the past, so this would be good for now.

Azizel carefully tied his bandana on, keeping as much hair out of his eyes as usual. He had to keep a close look at everything so that he could do the bi-weekly cleaning of the sixth floor. It was a bit annoying the security staff got things messy in the control room, but even worse that they left on most of the security measures. Circumanivigating the sensors and other nasty things, Azizel managed to dust most parts of the hallway to the main control room. When he arrived, he looked to the security staff. "Please turn off the systems." he said calmly holding his duster and the cart of cleaning gear. The two gurads on duty (who's name he never learned), did several things o the panels, and left him to head to the cafeteria.

The main control room wasn't as messy asit usually was. They had actually thrown everything in the disposal, and there was no gum underneath. Azizel smiled and set down the cart. He put away the duster and got out a rag and some cleanin solution. A good twenty minutes later the room was spotless, and he had even managed to get the creak out of the one chair. Next, he had to make his way and polish all the floors, clean the other control rooms, check the automated weaponry for jams, make sure all the tripwires were taut, make sure the pressure sensors were calibrated, move several large computing units to a different area...

Azizel cracked his knuckles and got to work. This place wouldn't clean itself. Unfortunately.

Frangipani tore through the cafeteria, glancing behind her with a goffy grin before heading toward the open area of the cafeteria. Some of the Staff had caught her painting on the walls again.

She was headed straight for Adam, and just barely managed to stop before sending his trays flying. She let out a sharp relieved breath and gave him a large and friendly smile, waving her hand in a light greeting. She tucked a few stary hairs behind her ear with paint coated fingers and began trying to regulate her breath from the chase.

She took out her notepad and wrote something down in a flash.

"Taking food up to the mysterious Blonde?" She tilted her head for a moment before jotting down a nother note.
"Oh! And have you been practicing those signs I showed you?"

She grabbed an apple from the buffet table, taking abite and waiting for a reply, also wiping a bit of sweat from under her bangs, leaving a light purple streak of paint on her forhead.

The staff rolled there yes and called up to the maintennce crew. "We have another mural to be painted over." They announced.

Adam nearly fell out of his wheelchair in surprise when seeing the mute girl stumble towards him. After making sure his trays of food were unharmed, he turned back to Frangipani and smiled. Seeing the notes, he had a reply to follow.

"Yeah, definitely!" He made sure to follow up with his confidence by showing he some of the signs he had read off of some books he found in the library as well as a few he was taught by her. "And yes to the first question. I don't think I've ever seen Amy in the cafeteria before. She's either in her cell or just walking around. I saw her looking at a book, and I don't say 'reading' because she doesn't know how. But, maybe some food will coax her into a few words that actually make sense."

"Hey! Keep the line moving!" A larger test subject exclaimed, glaring at Adam as he barely managed a glance back. "Sorry!" The ginger called out, beginning to roll out of line, but accidentally running over the male subject's foot in the process. Adam grew pale when he could hear the man let out a growl and felt someone grab his wheelchair by its handles, stopping him. "Hey! Cut it out!"

The man grinned and pulled back on the handles, leaning the wheelchair back. Adam's eyes widened and he frantically waved his arms around as if it would help regain his balance. The test subjects looked over and didn't do anything. And by that point, all the employees were gone and off to work again. Seeing as though all of their test subjects so far were imperfections, they could have cared less what happened to them. It was every man for himself. Legs or not.

"What are you going to do about it? Kick me?"

Azizel managed to finish just in time to meet the security guards back in the main control room. They agreed to keep the systems down long enough for him to leave, and gave him a few components from a broken computing unit. "You have more use for it than us. Besides, heard rumor you liked to build all kinds of little things." Thanking them, he made his way to the elevator. He wasn't exactly sure what to do, since he'd only had to clean this floor today. Maybe something would pop up and he'd get another job, or he could find more parts to try building something new.

Azizel was shocked to find he was on the lowest floor at the cafeteria. The elevators were so quick, he'd been completely lost in thought. He walked out and went to get a plate when he noticed the fight about to break out. He didn't like seeing people argue, so he carefully tried making his way through.

Frangipani stumbled back abit in suprised, seeing the much larger man toying with Adam's chair. She stepped forward again shaking her head almost childishly and reaching out to take the handles away.

When the man growled at her she glared up at him and began prying at his hands, coating them in purple and orange paint. He shoved her back with a cruel laugh and continued messing with Adam.

A white-ish form caught the corner of her eye and she almost smiled in relief when she saw some one coming their way. Azizel, if her memory served her, she hoped he was coming over to offer some assistance in this situation.

Azizel saw the man push the familiar girl away and knew this would end in conflict. He just hoped he wouldn't have to do anything physical. His earlier cleaning had left him a bit heated up, and he didn't trust his strength in this state. When he made his way to the two, he looked down at the man bullying the one in the wheelchair. "Leave him be. Now." Azizel just barely noticed the girl watching him, but had completely focused on the two in front of him. He remembered the one in the wheelchair was close to Amy. Azizel knew he was pretty kind, and usually avoided trouble. Another strike against the man in front of him.

(I have edited Amy's profile, she no longer has vector manipulation given it's fiction-esque and overpowered features.)

The test subject looked over at Azizel and grinned. "Well if it isn't 'Snow White' and 'Dopey'." He stated, motioning to the mute woman when addressing the second name. But after a few seconds, he did partially as Azizel had asked. He left Adam alone but letting go of his wheelchair, watching it and Adam fall over, the trays of food falling on top of him. Adam tried reaching out to grab his chair but had it kicked away. "Not so tough without your wheels, huh..."

*SMACK*

The 'he' subject stumbled back as his face came into contact with a book, falling to the floor to reveal a picture of a chameleon. 'The Wonderful World of Lizards!' was the title as he kicked it aside and scanned the room for its source, almost seething with frustration. However, he and Adam both had to do a double take when seeing that the source of the attack was from a young blonde haired woman by the entrance to the cafeteria. She stood there looking at the group without a care in the world. Her face was blank, her eyes wandering, as if nothing had happened.

Adam didn't like the look on the test subject's face as he locked onto her unknowing eyes.

Azizel was surprised when the book hit the man. He was Sven more surprised when he saw it was Amy who threw it. But he was most surprised when he saw the man beginning to make his way towards Amy after throwing the wheelchair man to the ground. Azizel felt himself getting hotter and hotter. He grabbed the man's shoulder, and held him in place. He clenched his other hand in a fist, and turned the man to face him. "Leave. Them. Alone." Azizel's voice was calm, but reeked with foreign anger. He was not allowing this to go this far. He had tried to keep things as calm as possible, but now he was prepared to show this subject why he avoided conflict. He could feel his fist grow very hot. He wondered how much hotter he could get before he had to cool down.

Frangipani had reared up her fists in anger at the man, but stumbled back when he let Adam fall to the ground, food slplattering all over him

She knelt down and began trying to help up the food covered Adam, concern written on her face, a slight grin broke the expression when the lizard book connected with the jerk's face, but it quickly faded to mixture of fear and anger as she looked to the Albino and the large man near Amy.

She returned her attention to Adam taking his arm patting his shoulder, pointing to him and then making the 'O.K.' sign in question before worriedly looking for his wheelchair.

Ty had only just entered the cafeteria to hear the word 'Them.' instantly followed by 'Alone.' It was the first sign of a problem, so his purple eyes imminently darted towards the source, only to spot a woman was helping a man to a wheelchair before it. Considering the distance they had moved, in addition to the scattered food about them, it was clear as day what the source of the conflict was. The crippled man was somehow forced from his chair, brutally, and seeing another man with a bandana grip another subject's shoulder, it was blatantly obvious who the perpetrator was. There was absolutely no hesitation between Ty's conclusion and when he started storming towards the duo, his eyes already narrowed, and his fists beginning to clench as he opened his mouth to speak.

"Unless you want me to paint the floor red with you," He growled, locked on the man like an impeding homing missile, "Walk away. Now."

The male test subject was obviously startled when seeing the giant wolf man approach him, trying to stare him down with his 'not so intimidating' eye color. This subject was obviously new and young, he had no idea what he was probably getting into, it didn't look like he cared either. He had a come-back in mind, one that would probably drive the hairy man crazy, but his ears pricked up when hearing a female voice ring behind him. Actually. RIGHT behind him.

"Psychiatric side effects of increased adrenaline levels have included agitation, disorientation, impaired memory, aggressive or assaultive behavior, hallucinations, and sometimes cases of psychosis..."

"YOU of all people calling me crazy..." The subject mused, pushing Amy aside. However, that proved to be a mistake given that once he turned around, he could feel the hard 'smack' against his head as, a familiar book, hit the back of his head. He whirled around, glaring at the blank faced woman who glanced at him for a second then shrugged.

"I think the lighthouse did it..."

"Really? A lighthouse?"

She nodded.

"Well, for a lighthouse you aren't very bright." Despite every nerve in his body knowing he was going to regret his next move, he did it anyway. In preparation for all hell breaking loose in a matter of seconds, his body tensed up as he gripped the book and threw it right back at Amy, knocking her to the ground.

Fangipani's eyes widened when the huge wolf man walked up, she scrambled for Adam's wheelchair and was helping him up into it when her grip on Adam's arm went slack.

She had talked, the silent blonde wonder of the Cent-R had spoken! And it even made sense! Then the man pushed her, and the book connected with his head once more, and she blamed it on the lighhouse....but she still spoke! She watched for a moment longer before tightening her grip to a trembling extent as the next event unfolded.

The idiot hit her, the young stupid subject threw the book at Amy, who was now on the ground, Frangipani looked at the group shakily, understanding what was bound to happen next. Her eyes moved to Adam in worry and fear.

Azizel felt his blood beginning to boil. Amy had been hit. This guy had hit Amy with a book. Amy was hurt, and Amy's friend was hurt, and the girl was scared, and Ty was coming, and Azizel couldn't take it anymore. This had gone too far. He pulled back his fist and hit the man with all he was worth. He felt bones break, and saw blood flying, and all he could think was Is she ok? He let go as the man fell, and he moved to help Amy. He felt steam beginning to slowly dribble from him. He stopped and backed away. He needed to cool down. But Amy was hurt, but he was in danger and he didn't know what to do. He grabbed a bottle of water and ran to the elevator. "I'm sorry!"
